At the helm is Chef Ciaran, whose 20 years of culinary experience span Ireland and Australia. A graduate of L.I.T., Ciaran honed his craft in renowned Irish kitchens including Parknasilla and 1826 Adare, where he developed his precision and creativity under acclaimed chef Wade Murphy. His time in Melbourne introduced him to a world of casual fine dining, beachside gastropubs, and alpine cuisine, experiences that continue to shape his imaginative approach to food today.
